Default Have You Laughed Today?

http://www.naturalnews.com/007551.html

Laughter actually is the best medicine!

One thing we've done for years is watch "AFV" on Sunday nights. Those videos are hilarious and it's a great way to end the old week.....or start the new week....however you choose to look at it.

Sometimes it's hard to find something to laugh about. Especially when things seem to be going not-so-good in other areas of our lives.

I challenge myself to look for things to laugh about....or at least smile about.
