Mad Prayers and fingers crossed!

We are due to close on a new home here in Florida on the 15th of June. The only concern is, if a hurricane comes near us during that time then all home owner insurances get locked out. It's unlikely that a storm will form by then but you never can tell.

So we have our fingers crossed til then. I have all my weather radars, forcast models, water temps you name it, ready to watch. All this means is we will have to wait, who knows how long, to close.
