does anyone know where i can find out what the codes on the cdr letter mean, the codes that show what the original diagnosis was and whether you are low, med, or high? i used to have this info, but with the original braintalk going down, i lost it.

that doesn't look like it, it is the codes that tell the claimant how they were approved for ssdi, i dont think there is a low med or high.
blindness would be a line item ,. paralysis would be another line item code than there are codes if you were approved because of a bunch of factors, say lots of back problems and working in a heavy lifting industry for over 20 years, no college education, age 55 or over. |

yeah, that's not it. supposedly on the envelope it has 3 or 4 lines of code that will show your original diagnosis, and your profile, such as med high or low. i've tried searching too, but haven't been able to find it. all my links to it are now unavailable. any ideas? i should be getting something in the mail soon, as i was supposed to be up for review last summer.
