one thing I was told was to call who ever it is with your case and make sure they have revived all your medical records if they only get one file and you have like 4 dr they will there ruling with what ever they have you see that is better for them if your doctors do not send the info to them then they can put from the info they have we find you able to work witch is p.s if they hade all you records it may have been enough to get you your ssdi it's just one of the things I've seen happen they did it to me I called them and they said that the review dr had my files I ask what doctors sent files and they only hade 2 of the 5 doctors that I hade seen so I made calls to my docs amd made sure they all sent out my med files I think this my help you let me know what you find out you have to watch them like a hawk lol they are always looking for a way out of paying you so make sure u call and ask your case worker
