Over 2 years ago I was in an auto accident and suffered a TBI. I have been unable to return to work.
I applied for SSD and was denied several times until I got a hearing for Jan 12. I only lasted 20 min and the judge didn't want to hear from the vocational guy at all. I left and was told it would take 4-6 weeks to get at letter about the verdict and up to two months after that to get a letter about payments. Today I got a call from SS wanting to schedule an apt to fill out paperwork so that they can start paying me!! I am in wonderful shock!! |
