Hi Nancy, I have already had my second denial and am waiting for a hearing.
I just had an app. with my lawyer Fri. and he said that my hearing date should be coming up REAL SOON and that it looks real good, I should hope as I have been trying now for 3 yrs this pass June..
I wish you the best of luck and hope that you are able to get approval soon, I'm trying hard not to get my hopes up that mine will be settled soon, it's hard not to when you need the money so bad!!!
By the way I'm in Ohio.
