Question In the process of applying gor disability

I have read a lot of great info and advice on here but im still so intimated and stressed about filling out the two huge envelopes full of medical questions an 15 years of job history. Im working with keefe Law and they said to just do my best to answer the questions like it was easy. I don't remember the dates and info for all of my jobs and the questions about my daily life and what I cant to seems so impossible to write down. My whole world revolves around my polyneuropathy and fibromyalgia. I don't even know where to begin.
Things seem to be going good..they received my application on may 1st and I have already received more paperwork from them. Im sure im not the first person to be completely over whelmed by the process. If any one has any advice or anything I would be very grateful to hear it.
