Unhappy More SSD woes! *sigh*

I must be in this group. Approved for SSDI in 2005. Never been reviewed. Doubtful that I'll ever be as I am 63 yrs young.

Husband got approved this year and in his letter it says he has a review in 7yrs. He'll be 62 at that time...

Interesting article. Thanks for posting it. I am 62 and awaiting my ALJ hearing. Guess I will be denied just to show a "crack down". My state does not have the reconsideration level and they never even looked at my medical records from last year on my original application.
