Default question about late continuing disablity review

Hi everyone, my name is Paul and I am new here....

I was awarded Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) on September 1, 2010
I was due for my 3 year review on September 1, 2013 (I have a three year review)

It is almost December and I still have not received at CDR.

Just say that I receive a CDR on December 15, 2013, will social security review my records from ----
September 1, 2012 to September 1, 2013 OR
September 1, 2012 to December 15, 2013 OR
December 15, 2012 to December 15, 2013?

Just some other CDR questions

Is it true that CDR's are reviewed every 1,3,5 and 7 years?
Is it true that Social Security may or may not do a CDR? I was told by a rep that SSA has the right do perform a CDR but doesn't always
Is it true that when a CDR is performed that SSA reviews your record for the prior year?

Thank you !!
