Linda7, often doctors' offices and clinics have a Website with a patient portal. If you've registered there, you can have access to your patient portal and see the dates of any doctor's appointments you've had, plus quite a lot of other information.

If not, you can call the doctors' offices and ask.

Just speaking off the top of my head here, but I should think that a record showing that you're still under a doctor's care would work to your advantage in establishing your continuing disability. And putting down that you saw the doctor for prescriptions or counseling certainly should indicate that you're still under a doctor's care.

Some people have been diagnosed with a potentially disabling disorder but choose to ignore it and not go to doctors' appointments or take their meds. It is to your advantage to make it known to Social Security that you're not like that.
