Did you fill it out already?
There are tips on that, but basically keep answers simple, to the point, truthful and you should be just fine. It is mostly just double checking and verifying.

It can take a few weeks or several months.
If you do receive a cessation of benefits (which is unlikely) the important thing is to appeal within 10 days AND request a continuation of benefits during the appeal. |

Those that are compliant with continuing medical treatment, ie seeing their docs regularly and taking their meds as prescribed, and not working, will be highly unlikely to have problems with a CDR. It can be a pain and stressful, but just remember that SS has the burden to prove your condition has improved, whereas the claimant has the burden to prove they qualify for SSI/SSDI during the original application.
So do a thorough job with any paperwork that is sent, and then try to put it out of your head. You can always pm me if you wish. ![]() |
