Hi all,
First post here. I was wondering if anyone knows if a partial hospitalization program(voluntary outpatient psychiatric program) would count as a yes to question number 6 on a CDR? Also does the SSA request all medical records for a long form review or do they only have what you give them? Thank you. |

First question you asked on short form cdr, if the partial hospitalizations is for an illness or condition, or related to it, that you were approved ssdi /ssi for then yes.
second question for a long form cdr, they request medical records directly from the providers that you put on the long form. |
