If you used an attorney, I would give them a call to see if they have heard anything. If not, I would contact my local SS office just to see if they can tell you anything from their system. I want to think that about a month to 5 weeks is about the time it takes to get response from the hearing.
A lot of times, the ALJ will give you a verbal right then. Guess you were not on e of the lucky ones and will have to wait a little longer. I am sorry but I am proud that you did get a hearing. In our area, its over a year to get a case hearing. |
