what are the chnces of a 64 year and 4 month old person having a cdr.I have never had one.I went befor an ALJ at age 59 to get my SSDI.He state that I could not be expected to return to work,but there was no diary or cdr date,Someone please answer. Thanks.

Continuing Disability Review. Since it is considered that retraining someone takes up to 5 years, there should be very little chance of CDR after the age of 60.
