I am trying to find a pain doc who treated me back in the 90s so I can get my records. I saved them but they ended up being stored in my daughter's garage.

My first thought would be to google him & find out if he's still practicing. If he was old enough to be retired by now, or if he relocated, he may have sold your records to whoever bought his practice. If he worked through a hospital, they may have copies, or some of the records.
I don't know how long he, or a successor, would hold on to old records before discarding them, but that's a possibility. Doc
