Default Late Fusion

Does anyone have anything to share regarding late fusion--after a year? I'm almost exactly one year post fusion L3/4/5, and there's no fusion. My surgeon says it's a failed back, and he'd go in and do it again whenever I would want.

Nope.

I've searched online and found that bone stimulators help after one year for 60%.

But has anyone here fused late? Does anybody have suggestions about what helps late fusion? I refuse to be a failure without more of a fight.
