Home after ACDF....OUCH!!!!

talk to you soon....went well, was "a mess" in there, doc said. lots of spurs.

but...i'm so glad you posted. i'm happy you made it ok and and your mess got cleaned up.

now you take it easy. do as your wife and dr says.
