First I would like to welcome you to NeuroTalk.
 I just noticed you live in Utah....I have Lumbar problems however as for your MRI...have you met with the doc yet to talk about the results? You have a lot going at that level. I wish I could help you...  You may want to go to the forum for New Member Introductions and post your concerns and questions. I'm sure people will hop in to offer some kind of help.
