Hi Rockem ~ Please, stay as conservative as you possibly can!!! Another surgery is just going to have you going back again and again!
![]() After the nerve block, you might try physical therapy for awhile. Give it a good try -- don't go for just a time or two. Try it for a good long time if your insurance will pay for it, cause it could just work! ![]() Best of luck and God bless. I hope you get some pain relief. I know your pain is pretty awful.
