Default MRI Interpretation Please

Can someone please interpret Medical to English for me

AP, lateral neutral, flexion, and extension projections of the lumbar spine were provided

Apex right curvature of the lumbar spine is present centered at the L2 level
Stature and alignment of the vertebral bodies is otherwise within normal limits.

Anterior osteophytes are present at L1 through L5 levels with narrowing of the L4-5, L5-S1, and L1-2 discs spaces

Facet joint overlap is within normal limits

No subluxation is demonstrated during flexion and extension maneuvers.

Surgical clips are present anterior to the lumbar spine. (note: I had a hysterectomy in February. That's how these would have gotten here, but should they be here?)

Impression:
Apex right curvature of the lumbar spine centered at L2
Degenerative disc changes at T12 through L5
