Default wc struggles...

I am dealing with WC - I have a list of ortho injuries - just saw doc today. I had a semi failed shoulder surgery - seems WC only sees any injury through to a stabilization stage. so if back is not to bad while sitting then voila youre curred in their eyes. The auto on the other side is where I believe you are to be medically treated for the injury and loss of use. It would be interested to know if in your state you can now go to the doc of your choice. In PA it is 90 days.
I wish I could go back to the job I was doing if only to verify or see firsthand if I could keep up and handle that type of inviornment. I was in technology and I was told it is one of the most multi-tasking type vocation to be in.
