Default Back Pain Sufferer Needs Opinion

Hey guys, I always sit in front of my computer for a whole day and I have really bad posture, so my neck and back are always painful, which reduces my productivity to a large extent. Anyone have any suggestion to help me?

I searched online about solutions too and found something interesting called Darma, a smart cushion. The creator says the cushion can monitor sitting time and stress level and remind you to take a break when necessary. Interesting, huh? I wanna pre-order one but I am not sure if it’s worth buying. I would really appreciate that someone can help me to make a final decision. You can check more information and let me know your opinion.

Many thanks for your help!

If your c spine does not have specific issues like bulging disks or such, maybe some of the info here will be helpful- soft tissue, posture, trigger points.. -
