No wonder i couldn't remember it! I still can hardly even say it

"Degenerative spondylolisthesis". The pain is still moderate with careful movement, and I did get the Back Brace, which I was astonished to find allowed me to walk over 75 yards before having to sit. I know i should be doing my Physical Therapy exercises and continuing to walk, but it's so hard, such a big deal, and i know the short-term reward will be pain and exhaustion, not to mention irritability (

!).
I feel like i'm back in college taking a Physical Education major

, only I'm on the downhill side of things. If any of you know more than the kindergarten variety of information on this condition, I would appreciate you sharing with me. The specialist billed for an hour of "Counselling" but all he talked about was sticking needles in my back and killing the nerves

! And, oh yah, the Trial needle sticking with Novacaine to see if it might even work

. Not going there!
Thanks,
