mri impression:1.hypointense signals in D1-2 to D7-8 intervertebral disc on T2.s/o of degeneration. 2. degenerative cervical intervertebral disc disease with possterior disc bulg at CC3-4 toC5-6 causing indentation over thecal sac.
3. degenerative L1-2 intervertebral disc disease noted. ENMG: nurve conduction study results are grossly with in normal limits. X-ray CERVICAL EXTENSION AND FLEXION: Degenerative changes. MRI BRAIN PLAIN STUDY: normal. EGG REPORT: normal awake record. BLOOD TEST: Uric acid: 5 mg/dl ASO: negative RA factor : negative CRP: negative SYMPTOMS RUNNUING: tingling over palms and foot passing to the upper part. giddiness.lower back pain,pain in left foot, slow walking,lose of handgrip,low voice. First I was recommanded for C1-2 fusion surgery. Other doctor confirmed that it is spasticity and given BACLOFEN injection on either side of the cord and given acourse of 45 days, but still I am running with above symptoms. Show me a better way to follow. |

Have you tried physical therapy or pain management? Try these and see what happens.
Other than that I really don't know what to tell you. All conservative options should be exhausted before you opt for surgery. That should be your last resort! Surgery won't relieve pain.
