Default Nerve issues in my back

So i hope this is the correct section for this. Lately i've had some disturbing sensations which presents themselves when i'm in an relaxed state. You know when you pinch someone on the sides of the lower part of their torso you get this reaction where they kind of jump. An intense ticklish feeling. Well, i've been getting this. I feel it in both sides of my hip and the feeling there is a bit intense, but also on the right side of my lower back and in the right shoulder blade.

This happens at random times when i try to sleep and as of yet, only when im tring to sleep which is really, really disturbing. When it happens in my lower right side of my back or in the right shoulder blade my body reacts and twists automatically. I don't know whether this is a mental issue or a real issue in my back and thighs. Everyone talking about pins and needles, nerve pains and such, but never this sensation i'm getting each night. And intense ticklish shot is what is how i would describe it.

I hope anyone have any suggestions or insight into what this could be.
