Default L3-4 Fusion recovery stories?

Yes, I am going to do it. While I realize your mileage may vary can I hear from folks on things like:
1) Pain level
2) Hospital stay
3) Ability to navigate stairs
4) When you could shower
5) When you could drive
6) Toileting issues?

Anything else you think relevant

Thanks
