The last back spasm I had started on the opposite side and spread to the whole back. This was not my usual pattern of spasm. Since this, I have more tingling/vibration in my legs, even feels like it is at the base of my spine when I sit. I sometimes have, even when not moving lying in bed tingling down my legs. I have had tingling at the L3-L4 as well. I am not sure if this is PN or back issues. I have a lot of cracking/popping/movement in my neck now from arthritis and an adjustment that was done to me. I have tingling all over since the PT so really trying to figure out what is coming from what and why????
Any input, please?

I think a good neurological work-up with electrodiagnostic testing and possibly MRI may serve you well
