Maybe see a physio who has a working relationship with a good neurosurgeon for a 2nd opinion. I'm not overly find of chiropractitioners but that's because of a personal bad experience years ago who I initially thought had helped me, only to later learn he caused significant further damage.

It may be that your fall triggered something else. Go back to your GP and ask them for a referral to a sleep specialist, a neurosurgeon and physiotherapist. You may have a developed a compression fracture and they can cause all sorts of discomfort including sleep difficulty. I hope you can get some answers and relief soon.
