I recently had an MRI of the neck done and it picked up multilevel neural foraminal stenosis (no central canal stenosis or cervical cord abnormality) and a prominent retrocerebellar CSF. Are these possible cause of positional arm numbness and neck ache and discomfort at night time that is causing me to wake up 30 to 60 times every night for the past 10 years?

I also have multi level neural foraminal stenosis. My symptoms are neck pain, shoulder pain and arm pain. I also get headaches often. My arms feel tired most of the time. It is hard for me to do overhead activities as my arms feel heavy. I have had three neuro consults with acdf with instrumentation as the recommended procedure. I have been putting it off for a few years but I can't wait to much longer as I am getting worse. let me know if I can help

Doing some research here and it looks like they have minimally invasive surgeries for this. I wonder if they work..

What did the dr say about the CSF?

use a chiro before surgery

my lower back is gone and narrow nerve channel

if it slips i drop like a rock and often hurt myself worse with the fall lol

20 or more chiros pointed to it and my new keeper chiro who i love

says its so complected its hard to put into words just fubar

i have a bad band in my leg if i need chiro it get so the band is pinched gets next to impossible to walk

my chiro neck shoulders etc gone for weeks lower back a few days

i cant sleep in a bed anymore4 or so hours before the pain wakes me and i move to recliner

it reduces the pain level for a while to i recommend finding a good chiro to anyone

lots of quacks and idiots but my chiro i knew was good when he wanted more time in between when i saw him im close to a month

he pushes but encourages push your limits till you have to come in

and first time ever my middle back is getting stronger

less pain and he says really easy to adjust

and he has me walk not take it easy that day like others i found hes right they do lock and stay in place longer doing that

there's always options other than surgery

It won't be another week before I find out anything. Making me anxious.
