![]() I am new to this site and I looked online and found my mri test readings and don't go to the dr till wed ![]() Thanks in advance... Anna Notes: (MRI Spine Cervical w/o Contrast) Reason For Exam: neck pain Report *name removed* MRI CERVICAL SPINE WITHOUT CONTRAST, 08/14/2014: TECHNIQUE: Multi-planar, multi-sequence imaging of the cervical spine was performed without contrast. FINDINGS: The patient is status post anterior cervical fixation of C4, C5 and C6. There is a mild retrolisthesis of C4 relative to C3. No cord signal abnormality is seen. The craniocervical and cervicothoracic junctions are unremarkable. C2-C3: No significant canal or foraminal stenosis. C3-C4: There is a minimal disc bulge at this level with mild foraminal narrowing on the left. C4-C5: No significant canal or foraminal stenosis. C5-C6: No significant canal or foraminal stenosis. C6-C7: No significant canal or foraminal stenosis. C7-T1: No significant canal or foraminal stenosis. IMPRESSION: MULTI-LEVEL DEGENERATIVE CHANGES OF THE CERVICAL SPINE WITH POST SURGICAL FIXATION OF C4 THROUGH C6. NO SIGNIFICANT CANAL OR FORAMINAL STENOSIS. COMPARISON: March 2006 TECHNIQUE: Helical imaging of the cervical spine was performed. FINDINGS: The patient is status post anterior cervical fusion of C4 through C6. Posterior cerclage wires are present through the spinous processes as well. There is a slight retrolisthesis of C4 at C3. No fracture is seen. The paraspinous soft tissues look normal.
