Question Help understanding MRI results
My MRI results read, Impression:
1. L4- L5 inter-vertebral disc fusion insert new since previous studies with increase in the height of the disc space. Mild disc bulge L4- L5 with slight stenosis inferior recess of neural foramina bilaterally.
2. L5- S1 bilateral pedicle screws and connecting bars bilateral lamnectomies L5 new since previous study. Server chronic loss of vertebral height, spondylosis, bilateral foraminal stenosis L5- S1. No definte epidural hematoma. Conus medullaris terminates at T12- L1
