You could have the c spine issues as well as possibly Thoracic outlet syndrome.TOS for short.. We had quite a few weightlifters on our TOS forum..
Have you been to the physiatrist or had any expert PT? Trigger point & PT info http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread125577.html http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread84.html and if those seem to fit perhaps some TOS specialists might be best - They should be able to sort out any c spine issues from any TOS sx. http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread135.html Many drs only know a limited amount about TOS and usually have a biased opinion not based on full knowledge.
