Default Please help me understand my MRI

Multilevel degenerative disc desiccation. This is most notable at c4/5 there is a broad-based posterior disc herniation causing moderate central canal stenosis and bilateral neural foraminal stenosis. C5/C6 broad-based posterior disc herniation causes moderate central canal stenosis and bilateral neural foraminal stenosis. C6/C7 broad-based posterior disc bulge or herniation causes mild central canal stenosis and left greater than right neural foraminal stenosis... I really need help understanding this so that i know where to go from here, i have severe and continuous pain in my neck. It feels like it weighs 100 pounds and can not get rid of headaches.
