I'm right at the top limit of 6 a day. The first few days I was taking more. Every four hours round the clock. I was feeling really sick then, I guess it was from the pain.
If this is what it's like with just a pulled muscle I can't imagine what it must be like with a broken back, horrendous!! |

I sometimes get acute lower back pain so you have my sympathy.
When it happens my physiotherapist helps by using massage methods. She has also taught me some gentle stretching exercises which are also beneficial.
