Default Please help with MRI report

I don't see doctor til 29th and I would love to know what my MRI results mean.

There is diffuse bulge of the C5-C6 disc which predominates towards the left. No results of spinal compromise. Exit Forman regions at C5-C6 level remain patent.
Impression- mild AP canal narrowing documented at the C5-C6 level due to diffuse disc bulge. No other remarkable findings.

What does this mean as far as treatment goes? I am in severe Pain and pt isn't working.
