I have been diagnosed with the following and am a bit confused as to what form of treatment I should pursue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
T11-12, borderline spinal stenosis L3-4 moderate to severe circumferential stenosis of the thecal sac and deformity of the left/anterior thecal sac plus moderate to severe bilateral foraminal stenosis. The AP diameter of the thecal sac measures approximately 5 mm 6 mm at this level. L4-5 there is subtle grade-1 anterolisthesis with prominence of the ligamentumflavum, hypertrophy of the facet joints, and minal broad based protruding disc plus left paracentral annular tear with moderate to severe circumferential stenosis of the thecal sac plus severe bilateral foraminal stenosis. L4-5 basically, same as above also with L3-4 and also with L2-3 can anyone make sense of all of this.???.........Thanks sooo much! |
