I can't help with the EMG info.
Do you have the wording of the MRI report? That often states if mild, moderate or severe and if nerve is being impinged or not..and if left or right sided etc.. Then if symptoms/location match up it helps to pin point it..

I can't easily bold the words in that format..or copy paste..
I don't know all these terms, they used quite a few more than most techs do.. Mild & moderate are mentioned, not severe, but that doesn't mean less pain or symptoms.. You can notice some tearing, spurring, and some bulges are mentioned. # 5 means L 2/L3 is slipped slightly out of alignment. My L4 L5 slips around a bit, not fun but if careful and I remember to use core muscles that helps to stabilise it. It sounds complicated but go through each part and look up the words you don't know.. It will be good to know them when you see drs.. I did find this - The mean (avg) AP diameter of the spinal canal is 12mm. Usually they do say if the cord or nerve is being affected or impinged, that was not mentioned in your report.

Get a 1st, then, if necessary, 2nd opinion on the report. It should all have been explained to you to it's fullest, with a prognosis, and plan of action, if any are available.
