OK, when I first considered ACDF surgery I was falling everywhere. (no pain) My spine is full of bulging disks other issues and general stenosis. The idea here is to push back needing a chair. I will still need a walker but the idea is to try to work back to a cane and not forward to a chair.
I do tend to tip over if I try to reach over my head, or bend down to pick something up. (like pulling my pants up. Most of the time I catch myself but sometimes I do fall and occasionally hit my head. Considering the two aneurysms on which I have had surgery and the five strokes they don't like me doing that. Now that surgery is scheduled I am suddenly starting to have second thoughts. Opinions?
