r spinal canal stenosis bilateral facet joint arthropathy with mid exit foraminal osteophytes possibly irritating the exiting nerve roots

C4/5 MOD disc dessication and loss of height diffuse posterior dis osteophyte indenting the anterior surface of the spinal cord for bilateral exit foraminal osteophytes likely impinging on exiting the nerve roots mod facet joint arthropathy

c5/6 mod disc dessication and loss of height diffuse posterior disc osteophyte is indenting and displacing the spinal cord posteriorly with effacement of CSF
mild canal stenosis bilateral mod facet joint arthropathy with exit forminal osteophytes likely impingig on the exiting nerve roots ( rt worse than lft)
