That you don't have "significant" stenosis is good.
Degenerative disease is arthritis; more specifically, it's osteoarthritis. The same applies to your left facet (joint), which provides for movement. I'd have to look for the rest, only I suspect others will read your post and will be able to offer their insights ![]() I'm sorry that you had to find your way here, yet I don't want to be remiss in also welcoming you.
