http://www.healiohealth.com/tek9.asp...cific=jrpofpp8 took me awhile to find it , couldn't recall the name of the thing. also i really liked the books by Pete Egoscue in libraries - and his site - http://www.egoscue.com/painfree/painfree.php If you decide to see any PT or DC request a "get to know you" or eval visit before any treatment - tell them of your concerns due to the from previous care.
