I had a cervical fusion about two years ago. It has been quite successful. But recently I have had an increase in the pain. I had someone tell me that removing the hardware might decrease the pain level. I am not keen on another surgery. I wonder if anyone has had any expeience with this, and if removing the hardware would decrease the pain. I wonder if the hardware can even cause pain? Any experience would be appreciated.
