Question Sinuvertebral Nerve

Hi all I wanted to know if anyone can help me with some questions about the sinuvertebral nerve. I have searched everything that I can find, to see where the fibers which are in the annulus in the disc, where do the go, and if this nerve goes into another nerve. I know that it has both acending and desending nerves, but i cant seem to figure out where it all goes, Also what the long term damage to the nerve is.

If any one has any infomation i would be greatful. I was told that this is nerve that is causing all the leg pain from the grade 4 annulus tear that i have in L3 to L5. I wonder if it has anything to do with my ankle and foot. I have really bad pain in both as well in the entire left leg..

ANy help? Thank you
