I wonder that I'm totally distraught reading about dear Cooper's health. Precious little guy, please keep us updated. And give him a smooch and hug from me.

I wonder that it's a struggle with the ankle. Still really sore but I am still going to physical therapy and the range of motion is much better. If I mow the lawn or some such extended activity, it's very painful the next day and swells up again, but I am doing my exercises and icing, icing, icing.

I wonder that while lifting groceries out of my back seat Thurs after work, I stupidly reached long and hard and lifted a heavy bag with one hand...rip, went my lower back.

And I took an extra day off for this long weekend so that I could do yard work, sigh. I wonder that THAT ain't gonna happen!

I wonder that people must forgive that I'm not here that much. I have no time during the work week, really.

I wonder at how difficult it can be to keep up with everyone on Facebook and all the lovely sentiments that they send me and I feel awful that I can't keep up!

I wonder that now I'm freaking out about Cooper.

I wonder if my kids are having a great first day on their vacation. They went to visit best friends in Wisconsin. And next weekend they are going to Chicago to see U-2 at Soldier Field! I am SO jealous.

I wonder that I knew I would miss them so much, so I had granddoody overnight on Wed night. We slept together and read books before sleepy time. And we laughed our butts off. He is so darned cute and funny.

I wonder if Ms. Alffe knows that she has not failed at anything, not a thing. Please know this. (Saw what you said....nope, not a failure.)

I wonder at the cute thank you card that has been sitting on my counter for, ohhhhh, since I got home from Mr. & Mrs. Alffe's. I'm ready to go back again.

I wonder that I really did want to also go to ((Duck's)) house, but I guess that just wasn't in the cards.

I wonder that (((COK))) has been on my mind all day.

I wonder what happened to the spring visit GmaSue and I were going to have.

I wonder if GmaSue knows that Sept 19 is a big day for fighting for puppy mill dogs.

Lordy...I wonder what a challenge it is to be taking care of Otto. I should go to pets and update on him. I have to help him go potty several times a day while my kids are gone for 1-1/2 weeks. And he's very barky. Help.

Darn it, I wonder that I've been looking at all that needs to be done, and I can hardly walk with this back, let alone work!

I wonder if I can leave all love and hugs.

Oh I know, I know...remember that annoying kid in school who waved his arm so hard and long he had to use his other hand to hold it up? That wasn't me then but it is now, lol. I always have something to say now! so silly.
Anyway, I have an idea you might be able to use for babysitting your granddog. Remember when you made a bag of stuff to distract your kids when you were on the phone? Just like that. Prepare a little pillowcase full of squeakies or rawhide chewies, etc. and tuck it behind you. When he starts barking or is getting restless and you KNOW he doesn't have to go already, but is just bored, pull a toy out of the bag. If he really has to go he won't be impressed, but chances are he will play with it for 20 minutes. It will usually buy you some time til you feel like getting up. I even have one of those cat toys hanging on elastic on a stick-if you wave it around, they will chase it and get worn out a little without you having to move.

And Doody, Alffe didn't mean it, because then she would be calling me an even bigger failure. I'm pretty sure she doesn't believe we can be responsible for other's decisions or mistakes or accidents.

Aunt Barb, I like the sound of that. I wish I had an Aunt Barb.

One more thing-see Doody, if you would just ask me, I could solve all of your problems-On Facebook, you don't have to "keep up" That's why I like it. It is described as the party you always have an invitation to, but never have to show up for unless you want to," For example, all of the request things people send you-you don't have to send anything back and it is not considered rude at all. Really. That's what all of my young friends tell me.

LOL thanks (((GmaSue))). I wonder if I can find a plethora of toys in my house for Otto.

I wonder why everything I had to do this weekend fell on today... Nephew's Bday #11, Friends adoptions celebration---they adopted 3 beautiful children...15, 11, and 5yrs old. Next I have to pick up niece at the airport tonight... I think the last flight arriving for the day.

I wonder that I have a nasty rash all over my torso... don't have a clue what it is... itches a little but each spot has a little blister.

I wonder if I should go and rest a little before heading out...
