I wonder if any of you have tried sweet potato fries? ... speaking of sweet potatoes... Sparkle made them and they are delicious... simply cut the yam in to french fry strips, toss with a small amount of oil (olive oil is the healthiest, I believe), salt and pepper - bake until crispy and soft in the middle... dip in ketchup... what a treat!

I wonder at how good you all are at interpretting french! And if you have heard of babelfish... its a great translation service on the net - google it by typing in: translation (Goofy - you were right on! E...you're always right on! lol)
