Trig I had a real bad night last night.

I had a panic attack that hit me suddenly late last night. It was the type that turns your insides cold. I then had a strong desire to kill myself, and that things where not going to change. After a couple of hours it eased up,and I was able to sleep. Deep fear definately alters the frame of mind, and feels like I'm not going to get over this. My head felt like it was in a vice. BF
