Thank you one more time dear David for sharing one more time your wisdom with me...

You always have the right words in the right time and, you know, as I told you once, I wish I have had a father as wisdom and caring as you...

Thank you a lot. Your words mean a lot to me

I would love to share your loneliness with you, fill some of that twisted space that u find urself traveling through. The maze of negative thought entering it is one thing gettingtot he exit is a gift that takes nurturing feed the right wolf...give strength to the spirit within, the one that takes care of you....take care of it. be a mother to yourself
TWO WOLVES One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said, "My son, the battle is between two wolves inside us all. "One is Evil - It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego. "The other is Good - It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith." The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: "Which wolf wins?" The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed."

Ah my sweet I am sorry I wasn't "here" for you yesterday when you were feeling your pain... I truly hope that today is a better day for you! Its been my experience that the "day after" is usually a healthy day for me, thank goodness.... but it doesn't always work that way for all of us, does it?!

I absolutely LOVE your little mouse! or should I say, big mouse! as he surely does a good job in keeping that elephant in his place!

I'm so glad you had such wonderful support join you here.... !

You are right... today I feel better... I cried A LOT yesterday... today I went to the lab and, was almost a normal day... except for the fact that, Im in pain !! I mean, physical pain !!! I was scared to death because, last night I couldnt walk... I took 400mg of celecoxib and, this morning I could walk... Oh boy... terrible thing...
Tomorrow I have too many things to do... I would love to sleep 24 hours...

Hi Blue!

I love the mouse! I'm glad my idea is such a hit.

I'm glad you're feeling better today, and I hope tomorrow is even better.

Take care sweetheart

GGGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR !

Im at the lab, but really wish I could be in my dark bedroom trying to sleep to stop thinking... Im having a nasty blue day, thanks to somebody...

I actually feel bad for feling bad for this... and, I feel stupid for being here telling you this... Does that sound weird ?? I mean, I hate the fact a man can make me feel sad... just because I thought we were friends and... I mean, I thought he appreciated me and all the efforts I do to be with him when he needs help or company and today, he just mentioned his best friends and I Wasnt there !!! He specifically pointed 3 other girls, even emphazaicing... (spelling !?)

GGGRRR Im sad but at the same time mad... I wanted to shout in his face that that comment was so mean and lame, but oh... I controlled myself. I just want now to forget his existance...

And, I hate the fact sily things like this can make me feel this bad... because, I asume this is a stupid problem right ?? oh crap.

GGGRRRR When I thought I had found a new motivation (him), this happens... oh well... silly luck I have.

I don't think it's a silly problem, and I know exactly how you feel.

I have a friend that means the world to me, and sometimes when I'm feeling optimistic I like to think that I matter to her, but usually I'm at home, sad and alone, and she's out with all her other friends, too busy to even care that she missed my birthday...

Some of us, like you and me, are just capable of great love. But some of the people we care about are more interested in their own happiness, and can't be bothered with the feelings of others.

Keep looking, soon you'll find someone as sweet and caring as you.
They might be hard to find, but they are worth the effort.

Hi my friend,

I'm sorry you're suffering such overwhelming disappointment

How are you feeling about things today?

I hope your sleep last night wasn't interuppted by intrusive thoughts (those "beat-you-up" woulda, shoulda, coulda thoughts!)

And if your sleep was interuppted last night... know that you will sleep a bit better tonight ...

Addy
