Default Just a slow trickle

Hey All

So, I'm not depressed. Been taking my meds. Sleep is OK, appetite is OK, no thoughts of harming myself..

but...

Recently I have been thinking about when I attempted and cry for about 30 minutes and move on.

Anyone else? 3 years after the fact?
