That is a nice article, Lara.
Also keep in mind that low folate levels in the brain create depressive responses. Also low B12 in the elderly (over age 50) New nutritional guidelines for older patients recommend everyone over 50 take a B12 supplement! To do so correctly involves the right form, and to use on an empty stomach. One form of activated folate called Deplin is used to treat depression, in fact. There are many drug depletions, that can mimic depression as well from taking prescribed medications. So Alffe if you want me to evaluate your situation you can PM me anytime!

Excellent article Lara...thank you! Again I am struck by the importance of having a good dr. who will listen carefully before acting. I am so much better but still cannot handle stress...takes very little to stress me.
And I heard that report about nasal spray containing the insulin meds. Lara...could show a lot of promise down the road. And thank you Mrs.D....I will pm you as soon as I locate my medicine list.
