I absolutely refuse to leave the air conditioned house unless it is 100% necessary!!!!

High temperature here today... 105 degree Fahrenheit!!!!

It's a double edge sword for me... too hot hurts... then the a/c makes it almost too cold in here and that makes my body hurt too.... but I'm not complaining!!!!!

I hope everyone is being safe and staying hydrated!!!!! And if you can... please get in the a/c when and if you can!!!!

I went out to Walmart a bit ago .... coming home at 7:45 PM it was 102*
Miserable weather that would be so-o-o-o much easier to bear if we had some rain. Oh, we are desperate for some rain.

Incredibly wet and cool where I live until this week... such weird, scary weather ... everywhere, it seems.

Its seems to be one extreme to the other... hang in there my friends!

Really enjoyed being our daughters pool yesterday...saw the strangest cloud...we all took pictures of it. Came home last evening and lowered the temp. in the hot tub...don't know why we didn't do it before..hot tubs don't have to be hot!! so refreshing to get in and cool off.

We're expecting upwards of 80 degrees F, today... not bad at all.

The bad news for us is that the pool can't be used for at least another week-- it was recently re-tiled and painted... and it takes 2 weeks before we can use it! wahhhhhhhhhhhhhh........

Oh, weather.....though art beautiful... stop boiling my friends... be nice!

Going to break my rule....

I was invited to dinner tonight with my choice
as to where we are going. I chose O'Charley's.
Don't know why......I do like their potato soup
though.

We may go somewhere else if it's to crowded
my friend knows that I don't handle crowds too
well.
